The Henderson range of Laminating machines are designed and engineered for the most demanding of production environments. Many of our machines are required to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in continuous production lines at substantial loads and speeds. • Paper/Release paper laminator with pneumatic loading and fixed gap facilities. Web width 1500mm, Machine speed 150m/ min.
• Polyester Film/Film heated laminator c/w cooling rolls. Web width 1200mm, Machine speed 10m/min.
• Textile Laminator with pneumatically loaded nip and adjusting screws. Nip rolls - stainless steel to rubber. Web width 1400mm, Machine speed 10m/min.
• Steel/Rubber roll hydraulically loaded nip with 320mm opened gap. Gap setting controlled via 2 off precision wedge assemblies coupled to a digital read-out of the gap at each side. Web width 2600mm, Machine speed 30m/min.
