Printing Machines

Whereas most Printing Machine manufacturers tend to offer a standard range of equipment, Hendersons have built many Gravure, Offset and Flexographic machines to suit specific requirements. Machines have been built for processing 2.5m wide material down to 15mm wide tape. Hendersons are able to propose a complete multi station printing machine, a single printing head or an attachment. Also available are vacuum transfer printing machines for the printing of carpets and/or carpet tiles using an ink sublimation process.

• Triple head (3 colour) Gravure printing head for wallpaper etc. Web width 1400mm
• In line flexographic printing head for the high speed printing of paper/tissue in the production of toilet/kitchen rolls and paper tablecloths etc. Suitable for 3000mm maximum web width.
• Double sided Gravure lacquering head for melamine sheet. Web width 1500mm
• Vacuum Transfer Printing Machine for the printing of carpets/carpet tiles. Max capacity 2000mm x 1000mm per side. Printing cycle time - approx 60 secs.
