Rewinds

The Henderson range of rewind units are designed and manufactured to suit customer preferences allied with process requirements. All the units are designed with ease and safety of reel handling as high priority elements. The range of rewinds is suitable for use with a wide variety of materials from 10 micron film and foils through to heavy board and thermoplastic materials. Dependant upon requirements, we can offer Centre Single Drum, Double Drum and Centreless Rewind Units. Multi Turret units are also available with Flying Splice Facilities for continuous running.

• Turret Rewind with one button initiation of automatic sequence comprising flying splice, turret rotation and off-loading of full reel.
• Shaftless rewind unit with reel liftinglowering arms controlled by a remote operator panel on the arm. Web width 500mm to 1500mm, max speed 550m/min.
• Centre winder for laminated web. Web width 1500mm, max speed 150m/min.
• Centre winder for lightweight 12 micron polyester film, incorporating lay-on roll withprecision loading adjustment.
